Step 1: Relax

The first step of addressing pain is to relieve the tension that is causing distress on the body using self-massage methodology

Step 2: ReWire

After the tension is released, we use facilitated stretching to get the muscles to work properly

Step 3: ReTrain

Once the tension is released and the muscles are working properly, the last step is to train and strengthen the body to ensure the dysfunction does not come back
